Education Qualification: Bachelors degree in computer science or related field or higher with minimum 8 years of relevant experience.

Responsible for analyzing business requirements designing CRM solutions and implementing Microsoft Dynamics 365. The consultant will ensure business alignment user adoption and system optimization.

Your future duties and responsibilities:

Gather and document business requirements and processes.
Configure Dynamics 365 entities forms views and workflows.
Develop functional designs test cases and UAT scripts.
Collaborate with developers and architects on technical solutions.
Ensure best practices in CRM implementation and data management.

Required qualifications to be successful in this role:

Must to have Skills-

Strong experience in Dynamics 365 CE modules.
Deep understanding of business processes in CRM.
Experience with Power Apps Power Automate and Model-driven Apps.
Excellent communication and documentation skills.

Preferred Certifications
Microsoft Certified: Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement Functional Consultant
Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant

Good to have Skills-

Awareness of Dataverse structure and its role across Dynamics 365 and Power Platform.
Experience integrating with SharePoint Outlook Teams and third-party applications.
Familiarity with API concepts OData or REST endpoints for connecting external systems.
Understanding of customer journey orchestration and campaign automation in Dynamics 365 Marketing.
