Salary: 20000 - 25000 per month

Roles and Responsibilty:
- Manage and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers
- Handle customer inquiries complaints and service requests in a timely manner
- Update and maintain customer records accurately in the CRM system
- Coordinate with sales production and logistics teams for smooth order processing
- Follow up with customers
- Prepare daily and monthly CRM reports as required by management
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service quality
- Identify customer needs and escalate issues to the concerned department when required
- Support sales and management teams with customer-related data and insights
