Key Responsibilities
1. Sales and amp; Pre-Sales Consulting Support
Serve as the internal technical consultant for Sales Heads Business Development Managers (BDMs) CROs and Field Sales teams
Participate in client calls meetings and discussions involving complex tax compliance and regulatory requirements
Analyse client profiles and recommend appropriate service scope pricing alignment and advisory feasibility
Validate proposals quotations and commitments prior to deal closure
2. Client Advisory and amp; Onboarding Support
Provide professional advisory support during client onboarding and initial execution stages
Explain and guide clients on compliance frameworks related to GST Income Tax TDS ROC Audit and licensing matters
Act as the escalation point for technical queries and advisory clarifications
3. Internal Enablement and amp; Knowledge Support
Support internal teams with regulatory interpretation and advisory clarity
Assist in developing internal sales enablement materials FAQs and compliance guidance notes
Contribute to standardisation of advisory processes and service delivery SOPs
4. Compliance Ethics and amp; Quality Assurance
Ensure all advisory and sales commitments are statutorily accurate and professionally compliant
Prevent mis-selling over-commitment or incorrect advisory representation
Maintain strict confidentiality and adhere to ICAI guidelines and company policies
Required Skills and amp; Qualifications
Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA)
Minimum 2 years of post-qualification experience in taxation audit compliance or advisory roles
Strong working knowledge of GST Direct Tax TDS ROC Audit and allied compliances
Prior exposure to client advisory consulting or sales support environments preferred
