Job Description :
Abmiro is currently seeking a friendly and highly skilled customer success executive to provide enterprise-level support. He / she must be able to provide support via phone web email chat and other channels as needed.
Our SaaS product requires following tasks to be managed by the Customer Support Executive
Product demonstration
Customer on-boarding
Customer hand holding until usage stabilization
Manage & resolve customer tickets
Collaboration with tech team & customers
These features are must have for this profile :
Excellence in customer service skills
Understanding of any CRM or SaaS platform
Willing to take ownership of customer issues complaints and queries
Ability to communicate with Indian as well as international clients
Experience of using lead management tools such as Hubspot
Experience of using Zoho mail Cliq Google Forms Sheets & Docs Canva
Knowledge of managing apps on PlayStore & AppStore
Qualification & experience
Graduate / Post graduate in Engineering / Computer Application stream
Fluent communication in English
Excellent formal communication skill over email & chat
Ability of followup with customer as well as internal tech teams
Work experience of 1-3 years in any of the customer facing roles
Role & responsibilities
- Provide product support to clients via email chat call & Google Meet
- Manage issues reported by client and drive them to resolution meeting the SLAs
- Coordinate with technology team for possible feature requests
- Prioritize support tickets and multi-task when needed
- Provide quick solutions or workarounds to client queries
- Demonstrate Rekart Software Product to clients and leads
- Client teams training via Google Meet.
- Manage various software configurations for client apps.
Preferred candidate profile
- You should have good communication skills - written as well as verbal in English
- You should have experience of communication with clients & leads.
- You should have experience of handling excel sheets
- You should have good ability to visualize clients perspective and offer pro-active solution.
- You should have good sense of client management
- You should have good patience to read the information & ability to process data.

Responsibilities Design build and maintain efficient reusable and reliable Java code Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of the applications Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems Help maintain code quality organization and automatization Work on challenging and mission critical application which is designed for multiple countries and in multiple languages. Skill 1-2years experience in a Desktop Application Development environment with strong focus on User Interfaces Familiarity with Java GUI frameworks such as Swing JavaFX depending on project requirements Experience with Core Java ( Java 1.5 and subsequent versions JUnit test scripts) Java Swing experience is must have JavaFX is good to have. Experience with Java Frameworks such Web Services (REST) Hibernate Swing JavaFX. Experience in Web Development using CSS HTML XML JSON & UI frameworks Experience with open source tools such as Maven version control system Strong relational database and SQL skills (MySQL) Experience with Windows operating system Experience with IDEs such as (NetBeans or Eclipse) Point of sales experience preferred Excellent oral and written communication skills Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
