About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced leader to head our Private Wealth Support team a customer-facing group dedicated to delivering best-practice service to high-net-worth clients.
Youll be stepping into a newly created position with the freedom to shape build and lead a high-performing team from the ground up.

This is a pivotal role within our Service Administration & Support department ideal for someone passionate about service excellence team development and strategic collaboration.
As Head of Private Wealth Support you will:
Lead coach and mentor a high-performing team to deliver premium service standards.
Champion a customer-focused culture aligned with Netwealths values.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Product Investment Operations IT Risk/Compliance and Distribution teams.
Serve as the escalation point for complex client issues.
Represent the department in strategic platform projects and company-wide initiatives.
Ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and internal policies.
Key Challenges
Building deep product knowledge and service culture within the team.
Maintaining consistent high-quality service for private wealth clients.
Navigating complex internal stakeholder relationships.
Managing escalations and contributing to strategic projects.
Adapting to regulatory and technological changes in a dynamic environment.
What Were Looking For
5 years experience leading customer service/support teams in financial services.
Exceptional communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
Proven ability to drive continuous improvement and strategic alignment.
Formal qualifications in finance or business (Bachelors degree preferred).
RG146 compliance or similar certifications advantageous.
Deep understanding of wealth management products and regulatory frameworks.
Ability to become a subject matter expert in Netwealths offerings.
