- Evaluate power and energy markets in West Africa to identify entry points and growth opportunities.
- Assist in developing and executing Axxelas regional power trading and non-operated ventures strategy in line with company growth plans.
- Identify and assess potential investments including joint ventures minority stakes and third-party infrastructure projects.
- Develop strong business cases concept notes and investment proposals for internal approval and executive decision-making.
- Develop and maintain financial models to assess the commercial viability of power and gas-to-power projects.
- Support project assessments through technical reviews budgeting tariff analysis and investment return calculations (NPV IRR payback sensitivity tests).
- Prepare clear presentations reports and pitch decks for partners investors DFIs regulators and internal teams.

- Strong capability in financial modelling valuation techniques and investment appraisal.
- Familiarity with power project lifecycles (IPP captive embedded) non-operated asset structures and gas-to-power business models.
- Strong research analytical thinking and stakeholder engagement skills.
