As a Senior Technical Program Manager youll drive the successful delivery of technical programs across the e-commerce domain - ensuring that users experience a frictionless journey from product discovery to activation. Youll collaborate closely with Product Engineering and Business stakeholders to define roadmaps identify dependencies and optimize processes that scale across teams and platforms. Responsibilities:
Program Leadership
- Own end-to-end execution of large-scale e-commerce initiatives ensuring delivery on time and within scope.
- Translate high-level objectives into actionable plans defining milestones and deliverables.
- Identify and mitigate technical risks and dependencies across teams and systems.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Engineering and Product teams to prioritize work define OKRs and align on long-term strategies.
- Represent engineering in discussions with internal and external partners vendors and stakeholders.
- Coordinate across team lines to track outcomes evaluate trade-offs and ensure alignment.
Process Excellence
- Lead process improvements and implement best practices that elevate collaboration and execution.
- Define success metrics to measure program impact and continuously optimize for performance.
- Coordinate software release planning ensuring compliance and quality standards are met.
Requirements:
Technical & Program Expertise
- 5 years of experience managing multiple large-scale software programs from inception to delivery.
- Proven ability to work with complex systems and understand technical dependencies and trade-offs.
- Experience driving Agile ceremonies and implementing scalable process improvements.
Leadership & Communication
- Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills able to bridge technical and business teams.
- Strong decision-making skills and ability to thrive in fast-changing ambiguous environments.
- Experience representing engineering teams to clients partners or vendors.
