What you will do:
- ManageNew ProductIntroductionseffectively
- Develop and executestate of the artpromotional and educational programs
- Drive price and product mix to maximize sales and profitability

- Play an active role in the IBP process as appropriate
- Take responsibility for demand generation and forecasting accuracy
- Partner with Education Team to deliver best in class sales force training

- Be the market subject matter expert for the Endoscopy products understanding market trends competitive intelligence productperformanceand evidence requirements
What you need:
- Bachelorsdegree: MBApreferred
- Minimum 710 years of professional experience including at least 35 years as a Product Manager in the medical technology pharmaceutical or related industry
- Businessresultsfocused
- Fluentin Polish and English
- Highly developed and effective influencing and communication skills
- Self-starter
