The main purpose of this role is to sell and promote the innovative range of Cardiac Rhythm Management (CRM) and Cardiovascular Diagnostic products. The jobholder is primarily responsible for selling the full range of products in assigned accounts and regions in a professional manner to public hospitals and related healthcare professionals as well as for the management of quality and consistency of product support and service delivery. You will cooperate and coordinate activities with the whole team. You need to have a strong understanding of the sales process a high degree of commercial acumen and the ability to drive your own success grow market share and achieve sales revenues.
Preferable location: Pomeranian Warmian-Masurian West Pomeranian (to be considered).


Responsibilities may include the following and other duties may be assigned:

  • Promote and sell Medtronics CRM & CDS products and services within an assigned geographic area and/or specific customer accounts to meet or exceed sales targets
  • Provide case and technical support during the meeting with healthcare professionals
  • Develop and continue to strengthen relationships with key stakeholders at accounts
  • Execute on annual and quarterly business plan that aligns with the CRM & CDS marketing/business plan in order to protect and grow the business further
  • Ensure the highest level of product knowledge is attained and maintained
  • Prepare and support in documentation related with tenders

Required Knowledge and Experience:

  • Higher education e.g.: Business Economics Healthcare Engineering Science
  • Minimum 5 year of sales experience preferably in medical devices environment
  • Good knowledge of English spoken and written and proficiency in Polish language
  • Strong interpersonal skills ability to build and maintain strong business relationship
  • Strong sales abilities and persuasiveness combined with an ethical approach and a strong drive for results
  • Good knowledge of MS office (especially Excel Power Point Word Outlook)

It would be beneficial for the candidate to demonstrate eagerness to learn and develop along with sales experience in medical devices a strong customer focus teamwork orientation and well-honed creativity and problem-solving skills.)
