The Opportunity

We are currently looking for a Sales Specialist Cardiac Rhythm Management to join our dynamic team in Poland.

This is a field based role that covers the regions of Lubelskie Podkarpackie Świętokrzyskie and eastern part of Małopolskie (Tarnów Nowy Sącz) voivodeships.

As a Sales Specialist CRM you will be responsible for supporting CRM cases during the medical procedures implement of the companys commercial policy based on sales strategy in the assigned area

What Youll do:

  • Promotion of product groups: pacemakers resynchronization pacemakers cardioverter-defibrillators cardioverter-resynchronization defibrillators loop recorders remote monitoring system and newly launched technologies.
  • Conducting product presentations.
  • Providing training for HCP.
  • Programming of devices during implantation procedures.
  • Managing consignment stock at customers.
  • Preparation of sales/tender offers.
  • Preparation of analyses/reports from the assigned territory
  • Representing Abbott at conferences/symposiums both nationally and internationally.
  • Adherence to Abbotts Compliance Procedures and Policies.
  • Implementation of the sales plan.

Required qualifications & background:

  • Bachelors Degree in scientific or commercial field preferred.
  • Prior experience in Medical Sales - preferably medical devices or cardiology sales experience.
  • Knowledge of Cardiology field and/or clinical experience will be considered as a strong asset.
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.
  • Very good knowledge of the Polish and English language (both oral and written).
  • Ability to learn quickly and willingness to develop.
  • PC literacy experienced with MS Office tools.
  • Driving License & ability to travel across assigned area on a daily basis.
