About the Role
We are hiring Bilingual Customer Support Agents (Italian and English) to join our WIN Wireless Internet Network team.
This position combines technical customer support (internet and TV including troubleshooting Wi-Fi TV channels modems and fixed landlines) with a strong sales component.
Once technical issues are resolved you will be expected to recommend upsell and cross-sell additional services playing a key role in driving revenue and achieving team sales goals.
This role is ideal for professionals who enjoy helping customers but are also highly motivated by sales targets and performance incentives.
Working Hours
Requirements
Fluency in Italian and English
Excellent communication skills
Strong problem-solving ability and comfort with IT tools
Proven sales experience preferably in a call center environment (mandatory)
Target-driven mindset and strong motivation to exceed commercial goals
Salary and Benefits
Base salary: 900 gross/month
Performance bonus (sales & KPIs): up to 360 gross/month
Language allowance: 250 gross/month
Meal allowance: 9.60/day (201.60 net/month)
Attendance bonus: 110/month
Flex work allowance: 60 gross/month
Permanent contract after 6 months
Health insurance included
Possibility of remote work from abroad after 6 months
