As a German-speaking Customer Service Representative you will handle inbound customer interactions supporting users with account-related requests access issues and general service inquiries.
This role is ideal for professionals who value structure service quality and clear procedures.
Handle inbound customer inquiries in German via phone and email
Support customers with account access authentication processes and app or platform setup
Process service requests accurately and aim for first-contact resolution
Deliver professional empathetic and efficient customer support
Follow internal procedures quality standards and compliance guidelines
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of products services and internal tools
German: C2
English: B2
Previous experience in Customer Service or Contact Centre environments
Experience supporting digital platforms apps or subscription-based services is an advantage
Monday to Saturday: 08:00 17:00 (rotating shifts)
Days off: Sunday 1 rotating weekday
6-month renewable contract
Base salary: 1100 gross 14 months
Meal allowance: 7.63 net per working day (paid via meal card)
Monthly performance bonus: 100 12 months
