The Role:
- We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Customer Support & Guest Relations Manager to act as a key point of contact for our guests.
- This role is central to ensuring exceptional guest experiences smooth communication and consistently high service standards across our portfolio.
What Youll Do
- Act as the main point of contact for guests before during and after their stay.
- Manage guest inquiries requests and issue resolution with a luxury service mindset.
- Support the management team with updates reporting and day-to-day operational communication.
- Ensure service standards response times and brand tone are consistently met.
- Identify recurring issues and contribute to improving internal service processes.
Who You Are
- Clients are your DNA (mandatory).
- 2 years of experience in hospitality customer support guest relations or luxury services.
- Available to work shifts weekends and holidays (mandatory).
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a calm and professional approach.
- Team player eager to learn and grow.
- Detail-oriented organised and comfortable managing multiple requests simultaneously.
- Fluent in English (mandatory); additional languages are a plus.
- Comfortable using digital tools and operational systems (Excel / CRM experience is a plus).
- Valid drivers licence and own vehicle.
