We are hiring a CRM Executive (Field Sales) to maintain relationships with existing clients resolve issues and generate new business through referrals and follow-ups.
Key Responsibilities:

Visit existing customers regularly to maintain strong relationships.

Handle client queries and coordinate with internal teams for quick resolution.

Ensure customer satisfaction and gather feedback for improvement.

Generate new leads through client referrals and follow-ups.

Record all interactions complaints and referrals in CRM.

Submit visit reports and assist in retaining key clients.
Qualifications & Skills:

Graduate in Business/Marketing or related field.

Good interpersonal and communication skills.

Ability to travel locally and manage field visits.

Customer-focused with good problem-solving skills.
