Job Summary
Technical Head-Texturising Yarn-Surat-60k
Experience: 5 yrs
Role Summary
We are looking for an experienced Texturising Head - Technical (Yarn) who will lead the technical operations of the yarn texturising department. The candidate must have strong hands-on expertise in synthetic yarn texturising machine parameter setting defect analysis and overall technical control of production.
Key Responsibilities

Head and manage the technical department of yarn texturising

Set optimize and control machine parameters to develop different types of texturised yarn
-
Ensure consistent quality output as per buyer and market requirements
-
Identify analyze and resolve yarn and process defects
-
Develop and produce different varieties of yarn based on denier filament twist texture and application
-
Monitor process efficiency wastage and downtime
-
Provide technical guidance and troubleshooting support to machine operators and supervisors
-
Coordinate with production quality and maintenance teams
-
Maintain process documentation and quality standards
-
Support trials new product development and process improvements
Technical Knowledge Required
-
Strong understanding of synthetic yarn types (Polyester Nylon etc.)

In-depth knowledge of:
-
Draw Texturising Yarn (DTY)
-
Texturising machines and their settings
-
Heater temperatures draw ratio speed twist and air pressure
-

Knowledge of common yarn defects such as:
-
Broken filaments
-
Uneven texturing
-
Hairiness
-
Dyeing issues linked to texturising
-

Ability to correct defects through parameter adjustments
-
Experience in handling technical audits and quality checks

Preferred Candidate Profile

Diploma / BE / in Textile Engineering (preferred)

Minimum 5 years of experience in yarn texturising (technical role)

Experience as Technical Head / Senior Technician / Technical Supervisor is an advantage

Prior experience in Surat textile units preferred
