Position Description Summary
The Associate Director R&D Digital Enablement supports the implementation of digital initiatives in R&D through business analysis process optimization and agile delivery support. Drives collaboration across teams to enable smooth adoption of digital tools and optimize business workflows.
Main Responsibilities
- Conduct business process analysis and stakeholder interviews to support digital project scoping.
- Assist in designing and reengineering R&D workflows to align with digital tools.
- Serve as scrum master or agile team facilitator to ensure progress and alignment.
- Support change management activities including training communications and user engagement.
- Track adoption metrics and contribute to value realization assessments.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and resolve implementation issues.
Qualifications and Experience Requirements
- Bachelors or Masters in Business Life Sciences or Technology-related field.
- 10 years of experience in business analysis digital enablement or agile delivery.
- Familiarity with agile frameworks digital adoption techniques and workflow design.
- Working knowledge of digital tools such as Jira Smartsheet Miro or equivalents.
- Strong organizational and interpersonal communication skills.
