Job Summary:

Join HUB24 as a Data Quality Analyst and help shape the future of data excellence! Reporting to the Data Servicing & Quality Manager youll play a pivotal role in implementing maintaining and continuously improving HUB24s Data Quality Program. Youll manage our data quality tool (InvestigateDQ) drive the development and execution of data validations and support strategic initiatives that underpin our commitment to data integrity. This is a fantastic opportunity to collaborate across teams influence business outcomes and grow your expertise in a fast-paced supportive environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Implement maintain and enhance HUB24s Data Quality Program and associated tools.
  • Develop and align data quality business rules delivering tactical roadmap items.
  • Analyse data to identify and support preventative initiatives across the organisation.
  • Review and assess data quality outputs triage issues and work with business SMEs to resolve data issues.
  • Provide qualitative analytics and support remediation activities using SQL and data quality toolsets.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver reporting solutions that empower platform administration.
  • Support financial crime data monitoring including fraud transaction and customer screening validations.
  • Provide backup and cross-training for regulatory reporting ensuring compliance with legal deadlines.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 12 months experience in a dedicated Data Quality role.
  • Strong SQL skills for validation development and reporting.
  • Experience with DBT and Databricks.
  • Ability to assess and interpret data tables and their business purposes.
  • Knowledge of Superannuation and Investment Products.
  • Strong documentation and interpretation skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and Word; exposure to JIRA and Confluence is an advantage.
  • Excellent organisational interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage deliverables in a fast-paced changing environment.
  • Commitment to continuous learning and keeping up with industry developments.
