Pay Range
The pay range for this role is $90000-$140000 annually. Compensation is based on your unique qualifications and experience.

Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated & experienced Director of Maintenance to manage the operations of our Maintenance Supervisors & their facilities. The Director of Maintenance will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our site supers ensuring the proper functionality of all facilities & equipment & developing long-term strategies of the overall company upkeep that your Super. will implement. This role requires a proactive & detail-oriented leader who can manage individuals across numerous sites & regions collaborate with various departments & maintain a safe efficient & compliant environment.
Responsibilities and Duties
  • Supervise and mentor Supervisors to ensure high performance & efficient operations; giving your Supers the tools they need to lead & manage their sites and crews to do the same.
  • Review proper maintenance techniques and requirements set forth by equipment Manufacturers & train your team of Site Supervisors effectively on how to execute these techniques.
  • Ensure that all maintenance activities comply with company policies industry regulations and safety standards. Ensuring your Supers. are implementing this accordingly across all sites.
  • Track & report on maintenance costs while identifying areas of improvement.
  • Review completed daily logs/WOs detailing maintenance performed and daily T&M tickets indicating maintenance completed.
  • Complete daily payroll for employees and self.
  • Collaborate with Accounting personnel on required billing.
  • Collaborate with Accounting personnel on cost coding of project expenses.
  • Ordering and purchasing materials required for maintenance work to be performed.
  • Responsible for personnel management including tasks such as scheduling employees payroll tracking and reporting PTO approvals and incident or accident reporting.
  • Strive to meet and exceed clients expectations of down time during plant Maintenance as well as training your on site staff to do so.
  • Attend and participate in client maintenance meetings.
  • Ordering managing & tracking inventory for required plant maintenance materials.
  • Conduct market research analysis.
  • Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Pitching new contract proposals to potential clients.
  • Step-in for any Supervisors that are unable to fulfill their daily duties (i.e. sick leave between hires etc.).
  • Performing project assessments & creating proposals.
  • Contract review.
  • Vendor management.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
  • 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Must have a clean driving record.
  • Ability to pass a background check and drug screening.
Skills and Abilities
  • Strong leadership organizational and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities with a focus on proactive maintenance strategies.
  • Familiarity with computerized maintenance management systems (CMMS).
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks effectively under pressure.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and safety standards
Physical Requirements
  • Must be able to work in an indoor office environmentandan active outdoor maintenance site environment; outside & inside an operating plant.
  • Must be able to ascend and descend ladders and stairs.
  • Must be able to work in confined spaces and in proximity to loud equipment.
  • Must be able to traverse irregular and steep terrain.
  • Must be able to work in various weather conditions and be exposed to dirt or dust.
  • Must be able to lift and carry 25lbs regularly and 50lbs occasionally.
  • Must be able to work for long periods of time in front of a computer or while standing
