Job Summary
A Maintenance and Transportation Directorplans directs and manages all aspects of facility upkeep groundskeeping and vehicle/fleet operations ensuring safety compliance and efficiency which includes staff supervision budget management preventive maintenance programs coordinating projects with contractors and handling emergency repairs often for schools or public entities. Key duties involve leadership fiscal responsibility regulatory adherence (OSHA state laws) and strategic planning for facility and fleet needs bridging skilled trades with administrative oversight
