Job Summary
Role Overview:
We are seeking an Operations incumbent to design and execute operational strategies that drive business growth and scalability. This role goes beyond day-to-day operations focusing on process excellence cost optimization and aligning operations with organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement operational strategies aligned with business goals to improve efficiency and scalability.
Drive data-driven decision-making by analyzing operational metrics and identifying improvement areas.
Lead process transformation initiatives for cost optimization automation and quality improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to define KPIs set targets and ensure accountability across teams.
Manage key vendor and partner relationships to ensure service excellence and cost-effectiveness.
Anticipate risks and develop contingency plans to ensure business continuity.
Drive change management initiatives for operational scalability and workforce alignment.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and risk management frameworks.
Prepare strategic reports and present insights to the executive team for business planning.
Key Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Business Operations or related field; MBA preferred.
5 years of experience including at least 2 years in a team management role.
Proven experience in process re-engineering cost control and operational scaling.
Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets effectively.
Excellent leadership analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Familiarity with ERP systems automation tools and performance dashboards.

Successful execution of strategic projects and process automation.
