Estimated annual base pay: $18.27(minimum) - $24.04(midpoint) - $29.33(maximum)

Key Responsibilities:
Tests production modules and/or systems following written procedures at basic level
Troubleshoots failing units down to the component level under close supervision
Drives Quality Notifications process to hit minimum turn around time
Creates documentation as required by written procedures
Collaborates with Engineering to develop and improve Woodward testing capabilities
Follows Work Instructions and Engineering Instructions as required
May conduct on the job training of others
Supports continuous improvement activities
Utilizes lean manufacturing techniques per the Woodward Production System
Performs Quality tests as required
Performs non-conformance reporting and transactions
Electronics Technician Only: Rework printed circuit boards using common soldering tools per applicable standards at basic level
Key Skills:
US Associates Degree preferred
Basic knowledge of electro-mechanical theory
Basic ability to apply a systematic problem-solving approach
Ability to read and understand many different types of documentation (i.e. schematics build books bills of materials)
Ability to learn and apply a variety of basic computer applications
Ability to follow detailed instructions
Ability to perform module replacements wiring and cabling according to wiring diagrams schematics and engineering drawings
Basic ability to troubleshoot to a modular level
Basic written/verbal communication skills
Basic knowledge of electrical theory including analog and digital circuits
Basic ability to remove and replace Through-hole Technology (THT) and basic Surface-Mount Technology (SMT) devices using modern soldering techniques
