Job Summary
- Lead tolling logistics operations for the assigned unit.
- Travel on a regular and frequent basis to the assigned units and undertake detailed reviews with the toller.
- Ensure delivery of required volumes in line with sales requirements and targets.
- Monitor loading & unloading for 3 tolling sites
- Generate Invoice
- Generate E Waybill and all necessary documents related to dispatches.
- Assist Senior Production Supervisor is day to day production activity.
- Creation of shipment as per dispatch plan.
- Ensure 100% shipment costing is triggered.
- Monitor production planning & coupon dispensing activity.
- Conduct audits for the tolling units and other relevant sites.
- Demonstrate high level of ethical standard in handling tollers and transporters.
Qualifications :
- Graduate In Any Stream.
- Work on SAP system on logistics module (TM Module)
- Good understanding on Microsoft Excel and Word.
