About the Role:
- The Executive /Senior Executive is responsible for managing warehouse inventory coordinating dispatches and logistics optimising stock movement and ensuring timely reporting through accurate MIS.
- The incumbent will report to the Assistant General Manager. The incumbent will have to work as part of a multi-functional team and this involves collaboration with the internal team and external stakeholders.
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain warehouse inventory within defined stock limits.
- Review branch indents and ensure timely dispatch of items updating branches on order status.
- Coordinate with logistics and warehousing teams for smooth material flow (incoming and outgoing).
- Identify non-moving inventory at branches and facilitate liquidation through other branches.
- Prepare and publish monthly MIS reports on indents versus dispatches.

Educational Qualification / Other Requirement:
- MBA/PGDM with 1-3 years of experience in Demand and Supply Planning
- Good verbal & written communication skills.
- Knowledge of Procurement and warehouse management activities and basic Working on ERP/Navision
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Excel Word and Adobe Acrobat is preferred.
