Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing identifying and hiring top-tier technical talent across various roles including software engineers developers Product Managers and other technical professionals. You will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs
  • Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
  • Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
  • Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess technical skills and cultural fit
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings
  • Leverage social media job boards and networking events to identify talent
  • Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment activities in ATS
  • Enhance employer branding and promote a positive candidate experience
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting

Qualifications:

  • Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
  • 5 years of experience in technical recruiting preferably in a fast-paced environment
  • Proven success in sourcing for and hiring technical roles
  • Strong understanding of various technical skills tools and programming languages
  • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
  • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
