Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Technical Recruiter to join our Talent Acquisition team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing identifying and hiring top-tier technical talent across various roles including software engineers developers Product Managers and other technical professionals. You will play a key role in building a strong candidate pipeline and ensuring a seamless hiring process.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate with hiring managers to understand technical job requirements and team needs
Develop and implement targeted sourcing strategies to attract high-quality candidates
Manage the full-cycle recruiting process from sourcing to onboarding
Screen resumes conduct interviews and assess technical skills and cultural fit
Build and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for current and future openings
Leverage social media job boards and networking events to identify talent
Maintain accurate and timely records of recruitment activities in ATS
Enhance employer branding and promote a positive candidate experience
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in technical recruiting

Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Human Resources Business or related field
5 years of experience in technical recruiting preferably in a fast-paced environment
Proven success in sourcing for and hiring technical roles
Strong understanding of various technical skills tools and programming languages
Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously
Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and recruitment tools
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach
