Job Summary

Role: Senior Associate- Monitoring Evaluation & Learning (MEL) Kolkata
Experience: 46 years
Salary: 10-13 LPA

Key Responsibilities

1. Evaluation Frameworks & Systems

Design and implement robust MEL frameworks for all organizational programs.
Lead the planning and execution of evaluation cycles including baseline midline and end-line studies.
Align evaluation systems with program objectives and organizational strategy.

2. Data Collection & Analysis

Develop digital and manual data collection tools for students teachers and community engagement programs.
Utilize Python or R to perform quantitative and qualitative data analysis to generate actionable insights.
Manage data integrity security and quality assurance processes.

3. Partnership & Stakeholder Management

Coordinate with external research partners to ensure deliverables meet timelines.
Present evaluation findings and insights to leadership funders and stakeholders.

4. Dashboards & Reporting

Build and maintain dynamic dashboards to monitor KPIs across multiple projects.
Translate complex data into accessible reports and briefs for leadership and donors.

5. Capacity Building

Train internal teams on data collection and the use of MEL systems.
Foster a culture of continuous learning and improvement within the team.

Requisite Qualifications & Skills

Technical: Proven experience using Python or R for data cleaning analysis and visualization.
Tools: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
Analysis: Advanced statistical analysis skills and knowledge of evaluation methodologies.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Language: Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Bengali is considered an asset.
