Job Summary
As the Manager Projects and Product Change you will be joining WIBTO (Westpac Institutional Banking & Treasury Operations) Portfolio & Change Business Unit. You will manage and implement a subset of projects and product change initiatives impacting Institutional Banking Services ensuring sound change management practices successful delivery and positive commercial and customer outcomes for Westpac Group Westpac Institutional Banking and Institutional Banking Services.
This role will be focussed on Technology and Process change. You will Assess the impact of change to Institutional Banking Services operational teams documenting the scope key requirements areas of impact risk and compliance and business commercial outcomes. You will manage and coordinate the delivery of change through engagement with business stakeholder and Subject Matter Experts. This is a 12-month contract role based in Sydney where youll work with passionate experts who love solving problems and making an impact. - Solid experience leading technology or process change projects
