The Role

Contract Administrator for large Format Retail and Industrial Projects to $80m

About You

You will be a humble high achieving team player!

You will work closely with the Senior Project Manager. You will be responsible for procurement cost reporting processing progress claims and variations for both sub-contractors and upstream to the client.

You will be an industrial specialist passionate about the product you deliver with an in depth understanding of the materials and methodology. High volume concrete pours burnished floors steel frame tilt panel structure etc..

You will have superior commercial acumen and emotional intelligence and have a keen eye for detail.
