Job Summary
Archer is an aerospace company based in San Jose California building an all-electric vertical takeoff and landing aircraft with a mission to advance the benefits of sustainable air mobility. We are designing manufacturing and operating an all-electric aircraft that can carry four passengers while producing minimal noise.

What youll do:
- Conducts analysis design evaluation configuration testing and implementation of a greenfield enterprise wide SAP quality management system and integrated non-SAP solutions.
- Analyze complex business problems to be solved with automated systems
- Plans and executes unit integration and acceptance testing
- Perform Level 1 and Level 2 application support for SAP and related systems
- Provide consultation to users in the area of automated systems
- Coordinate definition & execution of compliance requirements (ISO ITGC other)
- Coordinate cross-functional audit activities (SOX ISO etc.)
- Create documentation of internal procedures related to Applications User Training IT Support IT compliance
- Participate in process definition to support changes in maturity as Archer grows
- Manage quality management between SAP PLM and MES systems
- Conducts analysis of systems specifications and uses the latest analysis/diagramming tools to represent business/technical processes
- Develops conversion and system implementation plans
- Trains user personnel in the conversion and implementation of new processes in the system
- Create update and report appropriate metrics to the IT Leadership Team
What you need:
- Extensive experience designing and configuring SAP QM solutions ideally with S4HANA. QM Master data (QIR Catalog Inspection Method Sampling Procedure Inspection Plan & Control keys etc.) QM notifications Quality reporting Cross module integration with MM PP Serial and Batch management.
- External quality tools like Net-Inspect (for FAIR management) is a plus
- Good understanding of Aerospace & Defense standards is a plus
- Should be part of 2 SAP QM Implementations
- Should have 10 years of experience in SAP ECC/S4 systems with recent aerospace industry experience
- Ability to be detailed in a fast-paced environment
