Job Summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to support financial planning reporting and strategic decision-making across the organization. The ideal candidate will have strong financial modeling skills and a passion for sustainability organic products and mission-driven business.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and analyze monthly quarterly and annual financial reports
Develop financial models for budgeting forecasting and long-term planning
Analyze product margins cost of goods sold (COGS) and pricing strategies
Track and evaluate operating expenses inventory and supply chain costs
Support sales marketing and operations teams with financial insights
Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide actionable recommendations
Assist with variance analysis and management reporting
Support audits compliance and internal financial controls
Conduct market and competitor financial analysis
Improve financial processes and reporting tools

Qualifications:

12 years of experience in financial analysis FP&A or accounting
Experience in consumer goods retail or manufacturing preferred
Strong Excel skills; experience with ERP systems and BI tools is a plus
Solid understanding of financial statements and cost accounting
High attention to detail with strong problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate financial insights to non-financial stakeholders
