About the Position:
- Perform account reconciliations analyze balances and record monthly journal entries to ensure timely revenue and expense recognition including evaluation of and support for accruals based on estimates.
- Prepare monthly financial statements and provide margin operating expense and variance analysis.
- Emphasis on providing financial planning and analysis including creation of budgets and ad-hoc reports in support of Sales Marketing and Operations segments.
- Manage purchase and sales processes in concert with operations teams including three-way match of purchase and sale documentation.
- Aid in the management of inventory levels through review of aged inventory.
- Manage treasury needs and foreign currency hedging strategies through cash flow projections.
- Ensure the company remains in good standing with vendors by monitoring accounts payable and initiating vendor payments including foreign currency denominated payments.
- Monitor Accounts Receivable to preserve or shorten the cash cycle.
- Make recommendations to management for process and profitability improvements.
- Calculate monthly sales commissions and review bi-weekly payroll reports.
- Maintain open lines of communication up and across the organizational chart to sustain proper oversight and to problem solve by leveraging unique skillsets and experiences.
- Other projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Accounting
- 3 years of accounting experience in financial reporting and/or cost accounting preferred
- Advanced excel skills; data modeling experience preferred.
- Self-motivated and proactive with desire to improve and adapt processes.
- Exhibits strong time management skills and ability to work in fast-paced environment.
- Conveys professional written and oral communication.

- Hybrid Role: In Eastlake office 2-3x per week preferred; considerations for remote work considered on case-by-case basis.
- Salary Range: $70000-$85000 plus benefits (Healthcare 401k once eligible etc.).
