Overview:
This position is part of Wells Fargos Contact Center Modernization Initiative a top 3 enterprise priority focused on migrating contact center applications and agents to a modern cloud platform by 2027. The selected PM5 will lead wave-based migrations coordinate with business partners manage 16 project managers and ensure end-to-end delivery across a multi-year roadmap.
- Lead wave migrations from discovery to deployment.
- Partner with business units and contact center operations for seamless transitions.
- Coordinate and guide a large PM team ensuring consistent delivery.
- Manage complex scheduling OT and onsite Command Center presence.
- Drive change management and stakeholder engagement.
- Oversee integrations involving IVR agent scheduling and cloud tools.
- 7 years in Project Management (financial services strongly preferred).
- Deep understanding of contact center operations and modernization.
- Waterfall & Agile delivery experience.
- Experience with cloud platform transitions.
- Familiarity with IVR systems and workforce management integrations.
- or similar project management applications.
- Working knowledge of cloud-based contact center technology.
- 3 days onsite hybrid schedule in Charlotte.
- Flexibility required during high-impact wave migrations.
- Project runs through November 2027.
