Overview: Our client is seeking a Process Engineer HR Transformation to support large-scale HR modernization efforts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in business process optimization HR technology integration and documentation of end-to-end workflows. This role will partner closely with HR Technology and Data teams to improve processes and ensure alignment with system enhancements and enterprise HR platforms.
This is a hands-on consulting engagement focused on enabling efficiency data accuracy and seamless integration across HR systems and processes.
Key Responsibilities: Process Analysis & Optimization:

Analyze and document current HR business processes to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.

Redesign workflows to improve efficiency accuracy and compliance with new HR system capabilities.

Support change management and process adoption activities tied to HR transformation initiatives.
Technology & Data Integration:

Define and document system and data integration requirements across HR platforms.

Collaborate with HRIS and IT teams to align process improvements with technology configurations.

Ensure data integrity and governance through optimized process design.
Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Partner with HR Technology and Data teams to ensure business processes align with system objectives.

Maintain detailed process documentation and contribute to continuous improvement standards.

Act as a liaison between functional teams and technical stakeholders during implementation and testing phases.
Ideal Candidate Profile: Education & Experience:

Bachelors degree in Engineering Business or a related field.

Proven experience in process engineering HR transformation or enterprise systems optimization.

Familiarity with HR systems such as Workday ADP or other HRIS platforms.
Technical & Professional Skills:

Strong understanding of data integration and workflow mapping.
