Job Summary

Our client is a leading manufacturing corporation in Vietnam seeking experienced professionals to join their firm.

Formulate recommend and implement production strategies that align with the companys overall objectives.
Manage budgets effectively track expenditures and introduce cost-optimization initiatives to minimize waste and enhance profitability.
Supervise all facets of production operations including machinery upkeep workflow coordination and team performance.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives applying operational enhancements to boost productivity quality and efficiency.
Ensure seamless coordination and effective execution across all functions within the production department.

Requirements

Bachelors degree in Electrical Engineering Automation Electronics or a closely related discipline.
Proficiency in English or Korean for professional communication.
Possess at least 5 years of experience in a production management role ideally within the electrical panel manufacturing field.
Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively and manage personnel to achieve operational goals.
Strong analytical mindset with solid problem-solving skills and keen attention to detail.
Proven capacity to foster collaboration and maintain trusted relationships with cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.
Highly customer-oriented performance-driven and capable of working efficiently under tight timelines.
