About the role He Aha Te Tūranga

As a Learning Delivery Specialist at nib youll help empower our people with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed. Youll design and deliver engaging training programs that support new systems processes and platforms across our health and travel insurance businesses particularly our frontline customer care staff and their team leaders.

  • Coordinate and deliver learning programs aligned with nibs strategy supporting employee capability and readiness.

  • Partner with the L&D Business Partner to align content with operational needs and adopt a train-the-trainer approach to build capability across teams.

  • Design and improve onboarding cross-skilling and upskilling programs across systems products and processes.

  • Build strong relationships with subject matter experts and stakeholders to drive consistency and a learning culture.

  • Use tools and nibs LMS to streamline learning delivery and automate processes for greater efficiency.

  • Evaluate learning programs and resources to ensure theyre effective making timely updates where needed.

  • Measure the effectiveness of training programs and as part of the rollout of learning programs provide ongoing learning progress updates to leaders and operational teams.

About you Ko Wai Koe

Youre an experienced learning professional with a passion for creating engaging effective training experiences. You bring strong facilitation instructional design and digital learning skills along with a collaborative mindset and a focus on continuous improvement.

  • Experienced in designing and delivering learning for diverse groups both online and in person with a strong grasp of adult learning principles.

  • Comfortable working in fast-paced environments managing multiple projects and coaching others to build capability on the job.

  • Skilled in using learning authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360 Canva Kando) and advanced Microsoft Office applications preferred but not essential.

  • Strong understanding of regulations compliance and the private health insurance industry.

  • Proactive and adaptable with a continuous improvement mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity and tailor learning approaches to different needs.
