Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in management business or a related field from an accredited institution of higher education
Applicable equivalencies may be considered on the above qualifications.
At least two years of experience successfully managing enterprise-level IT projects
Familiar with Business Analysis and/or Change Management as evidenced by application materials
Familiar with Agile (Scrum and Kanban) Iterative and waterfall project management processes as evidenced by application materials
Demonstrable experience creating and maintaining project documentation including but not limited to schedules work breakdown structures issues and risks assessments budget reporting follow-up reports team communications and overall project reporting
Preferred Qualifications:
PMP ScrumMaster Business Analysis Change Management or similar certification
Experience with principles and practices of quality assurance and risk management
Effective process improvement experience
Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL) 4 certification(s)
Knowledge Skills & Abilities:
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience and skills communicating proactively with team members and stakeholders at all levels of the organization
Strong analytical troubleshooting problem-solving and time management skills
Ability to work in an environment where processes are being defined and contribute to overall development and improvement of project management processes
Ability to perform with strong attention to detail
