Our client a legal team specializing in personal injury criminal defense and workers compensation. With a focus on cases like wrongful death motor vehicle accidents and brain injuries we provide expert legal representation with a track record of multi-million dollar results. We currently have 6 offices across Georgia.

Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a paralegal at Morrison & Hughes. The position is located in Alpharetta GA although some training will occur in Marietta GA.

The paralegal will be responsible for client intake and criminal law support for attorney Kait Hayden. The paralegal will also support the personal injury team both with litigation and pre-litigation tasks.

Qualifications

Fluency in English and Spanish (preferred but not required).
Personal Injury and/or Criminal defense experience
Experience with trial preparation and e-filing systems
Familiarity with Microsofts suite of programs. OneNote Experience is a plus.
Legal Document Preparation and Document Review skills
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced legal environment
Basic knowledge of personal injury or criminal law
This is not a remote position
