This is a remote position.
We are looking for a Creative Virtual Assistant (Designer/Editor) to manage and produce compelling visual and video content for an author and speaker brand. The ideal candidate is a creative storyteller with a sharp design eye capable of transforming raw assets into polished engaging content that aligns with brand identity.
You will handle everything from social media graphics to video edits press kits and digital asset management supporting the authors brand presence across platforms including Instagram TikTok LinkedIn and YouTube.
Content themes include:
Biking / Fitness / Basketball
Basketball advice (TikTok content)
Lifestyle & ASMR
Speaking & Storytelling
Writing insights and creative process
Mindfulness & Meditation (practical and thought-provoking content)
Design graphics for social media (Instagram carousels LinkedIn banners book promo visuals)
Edit short-form video clips from interviews podcasts and events
Review the digital asset library and propose content ideas and campaign concepts
Create layouts and designs for press kits e-books and lead magnets
Maintain brand-asset library (fonts color palettes templates)
Develop a cohesive Style Guide within the first two weeks
Build a content library of 57 pieces of content per week for social media posting
57 content pieces delivered weekly
Style Guide completed within 2 weeks
Consistent visual identity across all media platforms
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop Illustrator InDesign) and/or Canva
Experience with video editing tools such as Premiere Pro Final Cut or CapCut
Strong design portfolio showing premium branding and author-related visuals
Deep understanding of brand consistency and visual storytelling
Ability to turn raw content into polished high-quality deliverables
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
Self-directed creative and proactive approach to content ideation

Education Requirement:
Bachelors degree in Design Multimedia Arts Communications or a related creative field preferred
Equivalent experience with a strong design portfolio accepted in lieu of formal education
At least 4 years of experience in graphic design content creation or video editing
Experience supporting personal brands authors or creative entrepreneurs is a plus
