Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Enterprise Sales Executive (Connectivity Consultant) to join our expanding team in Abuja. The ideal candidate will play a key role in driving enterprise business growth by identifying opportunities building relationships and delivering innovative connectivity and ICT solutions tailored to client needs. This position requires a strategic consultative sales professional with a strong technical understanding of enterprise connectivity solutions and a proven record of meeting sales targets within the telecom industry.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify prospect and acquire new enterprise clients across diverse industries.

  • Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets through proactive pipeline development and client engagement.

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies aligned with organizational objectives.

  • Conduct consultative sales meetings to assess client needs and recommend tailored connectivity solutions.

  • Deliver high-impact product presentations and solution demonstrations to key stakeholders.

  • Prepare detailed sales proposals forecasts and performance reports.

  • Manage end-to-end sales cycles from lead generation to negotiation closure and onboarding.

  • Collaborate closely with technical teams to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction.

  • Monitor industry trends competitor activities and market feedback to refine sales strategies.

  • Maintain ongoing relationships with clients to identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities.


Requirements

Qualification

  • Bachelors or Masters degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field.

  • 35 years of proven experience in enterprise/B2B sales ideally within connectivity ICT or telecommunications.

  • Demonstrated success managing full sales cycles from prospecting to deal closure.

  • Strong technical knowledge of enterprise connectivity solutions (e.g. leased lines fiber optics VPNs cloud services).

  • Excellent communication presentation and negotiation skills with executive-level decision-makers.

  • Proficiency in CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.

  • Highly organized self-driven and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
