What youll do:

As a Senior Analyst Strategic Operations & Business Insight Analyst youll collaborate across the organization and lead the analysis of complex business challenges for your assigned business lines serving as a strategic partner and subject matter expert in systems processes procedures products and services. Youll drive operational efficiency optimize workflows and provide high-level analytical insights to support data-driven this role youll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure business initiatives align with organizational strategy while fostering continuous improvement.

Lead the design build and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reporting tools to monitor key business performance metrics while upholding data and reporting standards ensuring consistency and compliance across all projects worked on.
Perform deep-dive analysis on large complex datasets to extract meaningful insights. Identify trends patterns and anomalies and provide data-based recommendations to help drive operational improvements and strategy.
Understand business unit reporting and analytical needs and translate business questions into analytical tasks that help drive strategic decisions. Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior management key stakeholders.
Act as a liaison between business units technology teams and leadership to drive alignment resolve challenges and ensure successful project execution.

What youll need:

6 years of related experience.
High school diploma and Bachelors degree in related field preferred.
Bachelors degree may be as related experience
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of general banking operations including deposit operations loan administration treasury management and/or other commercial banking products and services.
Intermediate to advanced knowledge of applicable regulatory and legal compliance obligations rules and regulations industry standards and practices.
Intermediate to advanced experience with data analysis and research with the ability to identify and escalate cases or inquiries to mitigate bank risks.
Intermediate to advanced skills in MS Office Suite.
Intermediate to advanced experience with banking applications and systems preferred.
Intermediate speaking and writing communication skills.
