As an HR and Admin Staff you will play a key role in supporting day-to-day HR operations and administrative functions. This includes assisting in recruitment employee engagement records management and office coordination. Youll work closely with various departments to ensure smooth internal processes and a positive workplace environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment and onboarding processes
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
- Support training and development initiatives
- Handle general administrative tasks such as filing scheduling and office supply management
- Coordinate with external vendors and service providers
- Ensure compliance with company policies and labor regulations
Must-Haves:
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Psychology Business Administration or related field
- Strong organizational and communication skills
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word Excel PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
Based in BGC Taguig
On-site role with standard weekday office hours
