Role Overview
RVP Consultants is seeking aSenior HR & Recruiting Specialistto lead all Human Resources operations and manage headquarters recruiting. This role supports both the U.S. headquarters and the Saudi regional office and requires workingSaudi Arabia Standard Time (AST). Key Responsibilities
Human Resources
- Own the fullemployee lifecycle including offers contracts onboarding offboarding and employee records
- Managepayroll administrationfor all staff in coordination with finance
- Administerbenefits allowances and leave programs and serve as the main HR point of contact for employees
- Track and managetime attendance PTO and holidaysacross international calendars
- Maintain and updateHR policies handbooks and compliance documentation
- Supportperformance management reviews and employee relations matters
- Maintain HR systems reports and HR documentation
Recruiting & Talent Acquisition
- Leadfull-cycle recruitingfor headquarters roles
- Develop and post job descriptions source and screen candidates and coordinate interviews
- Manage hiring pipelines interview feedback and offer documentation
- Partner with leadership to ensure hiring aligns with business needs and company culture
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience inHuman Resources and Recruiting
- Strong experience managingHR operations including payroll and benefits
- Provenfull-cycle recruitingexperience
- Experience supportingremote or international teams
- Strong organizational communication and confidentiality skills
- Ability to workSaudi Arabia Standard Time (AST)
