As a Casual Programme Assistant youll be the friendly face that makes the mornings and/or afternoons unforgettable for children! Youll be working mainly in the afternoons (2.30pm - 6pm depending on programme requirements) and school holiday programmes (between 7am - 6pm). This is a reliever role so youll be rostered on an as required basis perfect if youre after flexibility while still making a big impact.
Heres what youll be up to
- Supervising and supporting Tamariki in a range of fun safe activities
- Keeping our spaces tidy clean and welcoming for children
- Helping your Programme Manager run smooth energetic sessions that keep kids buzzing
- Spotting any hiccups (behaviour wellbeing safety) and sharing with your manager so everyone stays supported

Qualifications :

- Have the right to work in New Zealand (valid visa or citizenship)
- Can get to Waihopai and Windsor North site(s) with reliable transportation and/or a vehicle
- Are enthusiastic about working with kids from babysitting to coaching to volunteering any experience counts!
- Are reliable energetic and keen to make every session special
