Some of what you will be doing:
- Assist the Revenue Manager with daily weekly and monthly reporting.
- Analyse pickup pace occupancy ADR and competitor trends to identify opportunities or risks.
- Maintain accuracy of rates restrictions and inventory across all distribution systems.
- Ensure all documentation files and audit records are kept accurate and up to date.
Qualifications :
Preferred (but not essential):
- Experience in Revenue Management Reservations Front Office or related hospitality roles.
- Familiarity with systems such as Opera TARS/ORS OTA extranets or channel managers.
- Understanding of hotel distribution pricing principles and demand forecasting.
- Relevant tertiary qualification in hospitality business or analytics is an advantage.
Full training and ongoing development will be provided for the right candidate.
