Job Summary
The Head of Commercial Banking is responsible for leading the development and execution of the banks Commercial strategy in Kenya. The role drives business growth by managing and expanding relationships with commercial and business banking clients ensuring the delivery of tailored banking solutions and achieving financial and strategic targets. The position requires strong leadership to oversee a high performing team manage risk and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Qualifications :
Type of Qualification: First Degree
Field of Study: Bachelors degree in Finance Commerce Business Administration Economics or a related field
Experience Required
Relationship Banking (Client Coverage)
Corporate Banking and/or Business & Commercial Banking
8-10 years Experience in banking or financial services (including experience in the field coupled with experience in senior leadership within a regional or multinational banking environment
