Reporting directly to our Culinary Director you will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the culinary team curating food experiences for our guests across both the Pumphouse and the hotel
What we are looking for:
- Lead and inspire a dynamic kitchen team fostering a collaborative and innovative work environment.
- Develop and implement new menu items that reflect local flavors and seasonal ingredients.
- Manage kitchen operations including inventory food cost control and adherence to food safety standards.
- Train and mentor kitchen staff to maintain high standards of culinary excellence.
- Oversee menu planning food preparation and kitchen organisation alongside the Director of Culinary
Qualifications :
What we are looking for:
- Min 2 years experience in hotels handling multiple venues.
- Proven track record of leading and managing large kitchen teams effectively.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for culinary innovation and staying current with industry trends.
