About the role
Join our Pricing & Analytics team to support risk maturity and governance uplift across Consumer Insurance. Youll work closely with stakeholders to improve data practices manage incidents and embed a strong risk culture.
What youll do
- Lead risk reporting and insights for pricing leadership to support compliance with APRA ASIC and internal policies.
- Coordinate ROCSA controls and contribute to uplift initiatives across Pricing & Analytics.
- Manage incidents and breaches including root cause analysis and remediation planning.
- Design proactive solutions that improve risk maturity and prevent future incidents.
- Share learnings across teams to foster a culture of continuous improvement.
- Build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders to support strategic goals.
What youll bring
- 5 years experience in risk management within insurance or financial services.
- Strong understanding of risk frameworks and governance practices.
- Ability to analyse trends and translate insights into actionable improvements.
- Skilled communicator who can convey complex information clearly and confidently.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on quality compliance and continuous improvement.
