About the role
As the first point of contact the Customer Service Advisor plays an integral role within VMCH. The Customer Service Advisor is responsible for providing personalised 5-star customer experiences to both current and future customers by listening to their needs and enquiries proactively promoting VMCH services directing them to the appropriate area and accurately recording a summary of the conversation.

You are a natural communicator with a genuine passion for delivering exceptional customer service. Whether over the phone or face-to-face you bring warmth empathy and professionalism to every interaction. With a strong interest in aged care and disability services you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy helping people from all walks of life.

- Knowledge of the aged care or disability sector
