Scrum Master

We are seeking an experienced Scrum Master to join our dynamic team in Brisbane this role you will be responsible for facilitating and guiding cross-functional teams through the Scrum framework ensuring efficient and effective project delivery.

• Facilitate daily stand-up meetings sprint planning reviews and retrospectives
• Coach and mentor team members on Scrum principles and agile practices
• Identify and remove impediments to ensure smooth project progress
• Foster a collaborative and productive team environment
• Promote continuous improvement and process optimization
• Ensure transparency and visibility throughout the project lifecycle
• Facilitate communication and alignment between stakeholders
• Assist in defining and refining user stories and acceptance criteria

Qualifications :

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master or in a similar agile project management role
• Strong understanding of Scrum principles practices and ceremonies
• Excellent communication facilitation and problem-solving skills
• Ability to foster a collaborative and productive team environment
• Proficiency in agile project management tools (e.g. Jira Trello Kanban boards)
• Scrum Master certification (e.g. Certified Scrum Master (CSM) Professional Scrum Master (PSM)) is preferred
• Experience in software development or IT projects is desirable
• Knowledge of agile methodologies beyond Scrum (e.g. Kanban Lean) is a plus
• Familiarity with project management tools and techniques is advantageous
