One of our federal client is seeking to engage suitably qualified and experienced Scrum Masters to work as part of Agile Delivery Teams in the Funding and Disclosure Reform Division to deliver and support a range of ICT projects/programs.
The candidate must hold an active Baseline security clearance prior to commencement.

Key duties and responsibilities
Scrum Masters will be responsible for but not limited to:
Leading Agile ceremonies using Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe methodology) including daily stand ups sprint planning sprint review and sprint retrospectivesensuring they are positive and productive.
Providing reports and dashboards to leadership/management on sprint and program deliverables.
Assisting with managing the product backlog and prioritisation tasks ensuring alignment with key deliverables.
Ensuring transparency by maintaining communication channels and providing visibility into the Agile Delivery Teams (ADT) progress and challenges.
Effectively identifying and removing/resolving delivery impediments and issues and effectively mitigate and manage risk within agreed tolerances.
Coordinating dependencies and align efforts with other ADTs.
Guide AEC staff in adhering to Agile principles practises and SAFe framework guidelines.
Cultivate and maintain strategic professional relationships with business vendor partners and representatives from other government agencies.
Perform additional responsibilities as required and directed by the relevant Director/Team Leader or delegate.
Required Skills:
Essential criteria 1. A track record of delivering technology products in large organisations 2. A demonstrated understanding of what makes for a great developer experience for external users 3. Experience leading multi-disciplinary teams that follow agile and user-centred design practices 4. Experience working on large Government transformation programs highly regarded Desirable criteria 1. Knowledge experience of and relationships with the agriculture technology industry 2. Delivery of technology to support regulatory decision-making processes 3. Experience delivering to the Australian Government Digital Service Standard
