Role : National Sales Excellence Lead

Job Purpose
To build a strong scalable and future-ready distributor ecosystem and a high-performance traditional trade network that drives sustainable growth distribution expansion and execution excellence powered by RTM model transformation digital adoption and capability building.
Job Responsibilities
1. Distributor Excellence & Scalability
Build financially strong process-compliant and digitally enabled distributors through lifecycle management and the right distributor partnerships that ensure capability reach and sustained performance.
2. Future-Ready RTM Model Transformation
Implement a future-ready RTM model which enables market reach and drives quality growth through efficient channel structures optimized processes and scalable operating models.
3. Digital Adoption & Capability Building
Enable digital adoption to enhance productivity and visibility of the distribution process while strengthening team and partner capabilities through structured programs and analytics-driven insights.
4. Governance Cost & Sustainability
Lead overhead budget management financial discipline operational governance and long-term sustainability to ensure profitable efficient and scalable growth.

Education & Professional Qualifications
MBA from premier B school
Knowledge / Experience
5-6 years experience in front line sales
Ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
Strategic thinking with strong execution focus.
Strong commercial acumen and deep understanding of frontline sales challenges.
Excellent project management and stakeholder management skills.
Passion for developing people and enabling performance.
Analytical mindset with ability to measure learning effectiveness and impact on business results.
